Juice is 100% barrel fermented in French Oak & matured for 1 year. Palate is layered with a complex, ripe fruit flavour paired with spicy, smoky oak characters, to give a fresh & firm acidity. Nose is initially filled with complex flavours of cashew nut, preserved lemon & nectarine, followed by the reveal of subtle grapefruit and white floral notes.
