Pours a luminous, sparkling gold with amber highlights and plenty of effervescence. Plenty of body and substance on the palate, with a chalky mineral note and crisp, silky texture and a fresh, generous finish. First nose reflects the mineral base with noble fruit. Upon agitation, bouquet becomes gourmand with hints of brioche, nougat, apricot, vanilla, jasmine and frangipane.
