Perfect blend of Pinot Noir (47%), Chardonnay (33%) and Meunier (20%). A medium-bodied champagne with a slight tannic structure and subtle tanginess on the palate, finishing with hints of dark chocolate. Nose is filled with notes of blackberry and blackcurrant, spice bread and dried figs with a hint of liquorice.
